1. I want to return the shoes I purchased for a refund. What do I do? If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Zaccys you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unworn/undamaged, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Email us as soon as possible at and we will arrange for you to return your shoes.

2. I want to return the shoes I purchased for different size. What do I do? Email us as soon as possible at and we will arrange for you to return your shoes and send out an alternative size pair.
3. How long does it take for me to get a refund? You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your shoes.  We will then refund the purchase amount back to the same payment method as soon as possible but no later than 5 business days.


 1. What payments methods do you accept? We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Amazon Payments.
2. Do you accept cash or money orders? No, we do not accept any other forms of payment.
3. How do I get refunded if I return my shoes? Any refund will be re-credited back to the original method of payment.


1. Where are your shoes made? Our shoes are handmade in Spain by a family-owned company who also make shoes for some of the world's largest fashion brands. 
 2. How do I know my shoes size?  We have a sizing guide on each product page. If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size and compare it to this table. Since the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler can only approximate your true shoe size.
