We have tried to make our Delivery and Returns policies, detailed below, as simple as possible for all Zaccys customers across the world.

In order to ensure that we provide you with the optimal shopping experience, and reliable home delivery, we work with a number of the leading UK and International fulfilment partners. 
We have four separate delivery regions:  UK, Europe, North America and Rest of the World.

 

1. Deliveries to the UK

Priority Delivery Time - UK

2-3 Business Days

(includes full real-time Delivery Tracking via Zaccys.com)

Delivery Conditions - UK

All UK orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will be delivered to your chosen address within 2-3 Business Days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Public Holidays will be despatched the next Business Day.

UK comprises England, Scotland (inc Highlands & Islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

Please contact us if you wish to have a faster delivery of your shoes for an extra charge. We will use our best efforts to make this possible. 

Returns Policy - UK We offer FREE returns for all orders with delivery to addresses within the UK, subject to the conditions below. 
Returns Cost - UK FREE - on all Zaccys.com orders
Returns Conditions - UK

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund via the original form of payment if they are received by Zaccys within 14 days of the delivery date.

Footwear returns must be in the original condition so that we can resell them to another customer. Zaccys cannot accept returns for footwear that have been worn or damaged by you. We would suggest that when trying the shoes you do so on a carpeted or other non-abrasive surface.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Zaccys reserves the right to deny a refund if the shoes do not meet our return policy requirements.

As long as the shoes are returned to us in exactly the same condition as we sent them to you, including the original shoe box and re-usable e-commerce packaging, your refund will be approved.

Refunds that are approved by Zaccys will be applied back to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your merchandise. We will also send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged item, we will replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

Returns Instructions - UK

 Once you have carefully re-packaged the shoes in the original boxes you have two Free Returns options:

1. Post-Office Drop-off

If you are happy to drop off your shoes at any post office please affix the returns label to the spare protective courier bag, both of which will be found within your original delivery. Then take it to any post office who will accept it and return it to us at no charge to you.

2. Home/Office Pick-Up

If you wish to have your shoes picked up from your home/office or other location, please contact us for instructions via help@zaccys.com as soon as possible after you receive your shoes. We will then arrange for a free pick-up at a suitably convenient time for you.

Your delivery will also include written details of how to return your shoes securely, including a protective courier bag.

 2.  Deliveries to Europe

Priority Delivery Conditions - Europe

All Europe orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will be delivered to your chosen address within 3-5 UK Business Days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Public Holidays will be despatched the next UK Business Day.

Europe comprises all countries in the EU plus Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey,  Ukraine,  Vatican City State.

Any import duties & customs fees that may apply to goods entering your country are not included in the price of the product. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as Zaccys has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged item, we will replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.

Priority Delivery Conditions - North America  North America comprises the United States of America, Canada and Mexico.

4. Deliveries to the Rest of the World (ROW)

All ROW orders placed before 5pm Monday-Friday will be delivered to your chosen address within 4-7 UK Business Days. Any orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Public Holidays will be despatched the next UK Business Day.
Priority Delivery - Conditions - ROW ROW comprises any territory not included in one of the three regions previously defined - UK, Europe and North America.

Any import duties & customs fees that may apply to goods entering your country are not included in the price of the product. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as Zaccys has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
