Returns Policy - UK 

We believe that you should be able to try your shoes on at home and have the ability to return them to us if you do not want to keep them, whatever the reason.  As long as the shoes are returned to us in exactly the same condition as we sent them to you we will refund you within 2 business days 48 hours of receiving them back.

Now here's the legal bit.....

1 UK Orders - Returns


We offer free returns for all orders with delivery to addresses within the UK

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund via the original form of payment if they are received by Zaccys within 28 days of the delivery date.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn or altered. Any labels must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition so that we can resell them to another customer.  Zaccys can't accept returns for footwear that has been worn. We would suggest that when trying the shoes you do so on a carpeted or other non-abrasive surface.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Zaccys reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

UPS RETURNS

Please remember to use the return form and label included in your shipment for free UPS return delivery. To arrange pickup of your return shipment, please contact UPS at 03457 877 877 (from Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 08:00 pm and Saturdays from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm) or email custsvcgben@ups.com.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Tory Burch will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return. EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please email us and we will <return the item you do not want and place a new order on Zaccys.com. You may place your reorder at any time.>

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A TORY BURCH GIFT CARD

If you used a Zaccys  Gift Card as a form of payment please be advised the original gift card will be refunded. Please treat your original physical gift card like cash.

TORY BURCH ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Zaccys products should be returned to that retailer for a refund or an exchange.

Refunds

Tory Burch will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above.

We will process your refund within up to 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your bank may require additional days to process and credit this transaction to your account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Orders are sent to you via the ROYAL MAIL within the UK and via PARCELFORCE internationally. Orders sent within the UK should arrive between 2-3 business days after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. If you have any concerns over delivery timings please feel free to get in touch with us so that we can personally ensure your order gets to you. Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We cannot process orders to P.O. Box addresses unless by specific arrangement - please contact us by e-mail on info@grace-gordon.com.

DISPATCH TIMESCALES
We will always try to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receipt of order, assuming we have the item/s in stock. If we do not have the item/s in stock, we will quickly advise you of this and let you know how long it will take for us to make up your order especially for you. If you would like to enquire about stock levels before placing your order, please feel free to call us or email us - details are on our Contact page.



DELIVERY METHODS
Orders are sent to you via Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. Orders sent within the UK should arrive 1 or 2 days after dispatch, except for outlying areas. Please allow more time for delivery at busy periods like Christmas. Should the recipient not be at the delivery address provided the Royal Mail will leave your parcel at your local depot to be collected at your convenience.



INVOICES & RECEIPTS
We send a receipt for all orders, which is generated automatically upon purchase of goods. If you do not receive a receipt or lose it please get in touch for us to reissue.



RETURNS POLICY
xxxxxxxx operates a full, 14-day Returns Policy. If you'd like a refund, simply return it to us within 14 days of receipt, unused and post-paid, together with the details of your reason for return. We will refund the full value of the goods, using the same method as the original payment (i.e. a refund to your credit or debit card). Please note that the cost of the delivery cannot be refunded unless we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.



GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for damage which occurs after the goods have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel you receive is battered, please note the fact when you sign for it, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your choice of goods for some while, or at all, we will contact you for instructions. Providing a telephone number or e-mail address with your order makes it easier for us to contact you in this event.
